FUTURE CONSTRUCTION
UNDERWATER BRIDGE INSPECTIONS will be taking place the end of May.

HARDER ROAD UPDATE
We have received the Grant approval for the project on Harder Road between Youngs Prairie and County Line Roads of approximately 3.64 miles. The project is scheduled to begin mid 2013. We apologize for any inconvenience.
BUCKHORN ROAD UPDATE
The resurfacing on Buckhorn Road between the City Limits and Moorepark Road of approximately 2 miles will take place sometime after the first of July. Preparations are being made now so that the roadsides are cleared of sod and trees.
CHIP SEAL SEASON
We will begin chip sealing after July 4th. The list of roads will be posted on our website the week before the actual work is to be performed.
DUST CONTROL
We anticipate applying the Dust Control approximately June 1.
SOD CUTTINGS
In an effort to aid the water run off on the roads we are cutting sods throughout the county. We do follow the sod cutter with equipment and clean up the sod that we have removed. We apologize in advance if the edge of your yard is removed, however please remember that we do have a 33' from the center of the road right-a-way to maintain.
Holiday Schedule:
New Years Day, All Presidents Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve Day, and Christmas Day.
If a holiday falls on Sunday then Monday shall be considered the Holiday and if the holiday falls on Saturday then Friday shall be considered the Holiday. In the case of Christmas Eve Day, the holiday shall be designated to be the preceding workday before the Christmas Day Holiday.
